Refund policy

We at Labelz Reborn always want you to be happy with your new purchases and we work hard to ensure the description and condition of all our amazing Labelz are accurate and/or reflected in all photos. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we'll gladly refund it within 14 days of purchase with original receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN POLICY
•We'll gladly accept your return postmarked within 14 days of purchase.
•Refunds are processed within 2 days or us receiving your return and is issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
•Returns must be received in the same condition at original sale (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and or in new condition). If the item arrives with tags on it the item must be returned with original tags still attached. Refunds will be denied if condition of the item changed while in customer possession.
•Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box (if applicable) makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
•Jewelry, sunglasses and hats are returnable in new condition but not exchangeable. Jewelry, sunglass and hats are not returnable if they are in the sale section.
•Gift Cards, Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
•Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
•Original shipping is not refundable.

HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN?

2. We'll email you a pre-paid UPS return label (only valid for items returned within 7 days)

*Free shipping on returns if sent within 7 days of receiving your item. You can also return items via an insured carrier of your choice upon receiving return authorization to:

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Labelz Reborn is not responsible for damaged, missing or lost packages.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@labelzreborn.com.

Clearance/Closeout and Final Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, due to the drastic markdown of our Clearance/Closeout and Final Sale items, they are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Because most of our items are usually 1 of, it would be difficult to exchange for item for an exact exchange, instead we may offer you an exchange to a similar item or an item or similar value. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be advised on the status of the return.
